Processes are evaluated across different dimensions of analysis, providing a detailed assessment of execution (how the process is performed and managed), the availability of advanced technologies (ICT systems, hardware, and software used to support the processes), and the organizational structure underlying process execution.

The objective encompasses a set of actions aimed at building a set of tools that, when combined appropriately, can assess the level of readiness, strengths, weaknesses, and necessary investments to fill the gaps.

  • • A profile of process digitalization and, if applicable, products, highlighting the security and compliance situation.
  • • A detailed mapping of existing hardware and software assets and already adopted digital solutions.
  • • An analysis of possible digital innovation interventions in the following areas:
    • • E-commerce development area.
